This initiative will bring top hospital administrators and healthcare professionals from Ukraine to leading U.S. Academic Medical Centers, including the University of Southern California (USC), the University of Chicago, and Northwestern Medicine. Through intensive, hands-on training and institutional immersion, participants will gain exposure to:

Strategic planning & patient-centered care models
